Certificates of Origin: As required
by the US Government, the Chamber can issue Certificates of Origin
if needed to ship products overseas. Call Chamber at (440) 943-1134.
Membership Lists and Mailing Labels: Courtesy

Worker's Comp: Savings on the rate
established by the BWC. Download this form,
submit to CompManagement, the TPA for our Worker's Comp.Group
Rating Program. They will submit it to BWC to see what kind of
savings you might receive. You should submit it ASAP as it
must be received and approved by BWC by February 28, 2009.
This does not commit one way or the other, but may result in
significant savings
